The CISWF presents the official launch of Seminal: The Anthology of Canada’s Gay Male Poets (Arsenal Pulp Press). The first of its kind, this groundbreaking anthology ranges from the 1890s to the present and explores every region of Canada, including poems from Quebec translated into English for the first time!
This event includes a special fundraiser auction, featuring the winners of OutFest’s Body & Soul: a photographic interpretation in black & white. This photography competition invites artists to interpret “Body & Soul” in a dizzying array of shapes and sizes. Don’t miss your chance to bid on an original piece of artwork! This is not just a literary event. This is a celebration of the word, the body and the community.
